Morgan D. Vanderburg, 56, of Hot Springs passed away Friday, September 3, 2010. He was born November 7, 1953 in Hot Springs to Palmer and Lucille (Johnson) Vanderburg. Morgan was an avid hunter and fisherman. He worked as a carpenter for St. Josephs Mercy Health Center for twenty years. Morgan was very skilled at woodworking. He made beautiful furniture and built a houseboat for his family.
Loving survivors include his wife of 34 years, Cindy (Waggoner) Vanderburg, son, Kyle Vanderburg, parents, Palmer and Lucille Vanderburg, sister, Traca (Jim) Jones, all of Hot Springs; sister, Suzanne Ragle, of Kansas City, Missouri; and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will start at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home with funeral services following at 11:00 a.m. Honorary pallbearers are Tommy Hammons, Randy Ragland, Mike Taylor, Reggie Atha, Terry McClardy and Marvin Frank.
