Life Legacy
Allie Jo Vanderburg, 82, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, passed away peacefully at home on April 20, 2011. She was born October 23, 1928 to the late C.T. and Maude Ann Smith. She was a member of Park Place Baptist Church. She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Allie is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Donald Lee Vanderburg, two brothers and two sisters. She is survived by three daughters, Janie Harper (Joe), Robbie Massanelli (Jimmy), and Christy Loy (Wayne); sisters Dell Dawson and Elsie Parker all of Hot Springs; six grandchildren, Marion Coleman (Rob), Angie Caldwell (Dwight), Vance Harper (Kimberly), Tiffany Botter (Brian), Tim Massanelli (Annie), and Lindsey Rowland (Jason); eleven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers are Vance Harper, Timothy Massanelli, Rob Coleman, Dwight Caldwell, Brian Botter, and Jason Rowland.
Honorary pallbearers are her brother-in-law and sisters-in-law.
Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home. Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home with Richard Sorrells officiating. Burial will follow in Crestview Cemetery.
