Obituary for Michael Terry Kloack

Michael Terry Kloack, 74, died suddenly at his home in Hot Springs Village on September 28, 2017.
He was preceded in death by his father; Theodore Kloack, mother; Bernice Stahl, step-father; Stewart Stahl and son, Ansel M. Kloack. Survivors include his wife; Marlene, son; Mark Kloack of Houston, TX, step-daughter; Deirdre (Peter) Rozowski, grandchildren; Jackson, Amelie and Margot of Bellaire, TX, brother; Theodore “Ted” Kolack, half-sisters; Barbara (Steve) Lipko, Susan (Jerry) Budd, and a step-brother; Gary Stahl all of Michigan.

Michael was a graduate of Albion College and a Vietnam veteran. After serving in sales and management for several companies, he started his own business, rebuilding and selling hydraulic pumps.

He had lifetime memberships in the NRA and MLRA and participated in numerous marksmanship contests, where he won many metals and awards. Michael gave several presentations at the Village Skeptics including his favorite topic: The Second Amendment.

Michael loved to travel, camp and walk his German Shepard, KoKo. Other hobbies and interests include; photography, canoeing, fly fishing, tennis and golf. He was also an avid reader, reading at least one book a week. Michael was a loyal friend to the Unitarian Universalist Village Church, giving freely of his time and skills to help paint the entire church, as well as doing small repairs.
